The convergence of our finest innovations has led to the Road Ti Ultralight, our peak performance machine and the lightest geared frame we’ve ever made. This frame embodies the elegance and lifetime reliability of titanium and pairs it with a carbon seat mast, uniting the most extraordinary bicycle materials into a one elite machine. Using our most advanced processes, the SL is the lightest, most dynamic, and most impressive frame we’ve ever made. 

The Ultralight is composed of custom formed and butted thin wall 3AL/2.5V Titanium tubing, engineered to remove any and all unnecessary material, whilst optimizing ride quality, durability, and responsiveness that has defined our Titanium frames. Our selection of oversized tubing where beneficial, and lightweight tubing where possible results in a fully transparent relationship between rider and machine. The ovalized top tube and aero downtube, both formed in house, create lateral stiffness to maximise power transfer, and vertical compliance to keep you comfortable in the saddle throughout your longest rides.

Every frame is designed specifically for its rider. Tube profiling and geometry become part of the custom process included with the Ultralight, resulting in a chassis tuned for you and only you. Combining machine milled reliefs for maximum material removal, a CNC-machined 3 piece headtube, 3D printed dropouts, and fully internal cable routing results in a frame more than the sum of its parts, the culmination of purpose-built components that leave no stone unturned.

The result is the ultimate contemporary road bike, stripped back to be only what it must: light, fast, and built for its rider.

Ultralight 3AL/2.5V Tubing

Our tubing is carefully selected to amplify the benefits of each element of the final product. We use premium quality, USA made titanium tubing, subjected to the highest intensity testing, and ensured to fulfill the precise requirements for the optimum frame. Each tube is butted or formed in-house to achieve the perfect blend of responsiveness and comfort for its rider.

Ovalized Top Tube

Vertical compliance means increased comfort over any road surface, allowing you to maintain your optimal riding position for hours on end, maximising your time on the bike. Paired with a carbon seatmast, this is one of the most vital elements of this frameset’s ride quality.

Carbon Integrated Seatmast

Our custom made carbon seatmast reduces frame weight by 8%, absorbs road buzz to increase cornering confidence and connect you to the road, whilst providing the vertical compliance that makes carbon one of the most advanced materials to ride. The saddle attaches via a CNC machined topper, allowing for 25mm of vertical adjustment.

Fully Integrated Cabling

The Road Ti Ultralight comes standard with Internal Cable routing through the handlebars, headset, and down to the brake calipers. Internal cable routing increases aerodynamic advantage by removing drag from the front end, and keeps the brake lines away from potential damage & dirt. Our internal  routing frames use the Enve In-Route headset system.

3D Printed Dropouts

Our titanium 3D printed dropouts are minimal, lightweight, and versatile. We designed them to keep your frame future proof and crash resistant. By implementing a replaceable UDH hanger system, you can never ruin your frame by bending your derailleur hanger or cross threading your axle. You can simply install a replacement and get back on the road.

Custom Geometry

Each frame we build is designed specifically for you. Our tube selections and geometry create endless combinations, and when it comes to finishing, no two paint jobs are the same. Your bike is a one of one machine.

Fully Custom Finishing

We offer custom finishing with anodizing, Cerakote, and paint. You can also leave some raw titanium showing with brushed, polished, and ceramic blasted finishing options. Want to add components to your scheme? Wheels, stem, bars etc. we can do that too.

Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the work we do here, a titanium bike is a lifetime bike. All of our Ti creations come with a lifetime warranty.

Paint

Our paint jobs are finished using PPG products (automotive grade paint) to ensure a high quality, long lasting finish.

Cerakote

We recommend Cerakote for those looking for the most durable finish available. Cerakote is a ceramic based paint that is highly resistant to scratching and chemicals.

Anodizing

Anodizing is an electrochemical process of adding a thin oxide layer that is colored. Anodizing adds a highly reflective colorful finish to titanium. Titanium anodizing is limited to a color spectrum. It is a delicate finish, which is considered when we design schemes. We often use anodizing for accent elements, but do offer full frame anodizing.
