You can take this form to a bike fitter, or fill it out yourself. If you are measuring yourself, you will need help from another person for some of the measurements. We recommend taking each measurement twice. Please be as accurate as possible using cm or mm.

You can use this form to brainstorm potential schemes, choosing elements you would like to incorporate. It helps us get a feel for your taste so that we can create a scheme tailored to you!
General Overview of Frame Production
Once your deposit is placed we will send you an onboarding email. From there we communicate via email to iron out the details of your order.
The first thing we need to confirm is your geometry. Your lead time starts once we can begin fabricating your frame. Any frame modifications need to be discussed and finalized at this point.
The next step is designing and finalizing your list of components with our mechanic. Once your build kit is finalized and quoted we can order everything to avoid delays later in the process.
The last step is designing and finalizing your frame's finish whether it's standard, full custom, or Dealer's Choice. You are welcome to send notes and references at any time.
Payment/Payment Plans
All we need to get started is your deposit. Your deposit will be applied to the total cost of the base frameset. This deposit is non refundable. Once your deposit is placed, we create an invoice for the remaining balance of the frame, any components, any frame modifications, shipping, etc. You can make custom amount payments at any time as we build your frame. We require that your invoice is paid in full before your frame is shipped.
**If you fail to respond to our messages and/or leave an unpaid balance for more than 6 months we will consider your frame abandoned and reserve the right to sell it.**
Lead Times
Our lead times are based on the number of frames in front of you in the queue. Your lead time starts once your geometry is confirmed. We do our best to stick to the timelines we give our customers. Our frames are handmade to order and delays happen, feel free to check in with us anytime on the status of your order, we will be happy to give you an update on your frame.
Communication
We will reach out to you within 5 business days from the time of your orderto onboard you and beginning ironing out the details of your geometry, build and finish. Please try to communicate with us in a timely manner, If communication is delayed this could result in the delivery of your bike being delayed.
Please use the ‘reply all’ function when responding to us and use the same email thread for all communications. This ensures everyone on our team is on the same page about your build and helps us keep all your information organized.
We are busy in the shop building bikes, so once all of the details are finalized don’t expect to hear from us until your frame is ready to go! Feel free to contact us anytime, we are happy to answer any questions and give updates on your order.
Components
- If you selected a build kit we will contact you with a full parts list to iron out the details of your build. All of our build kits are fully customizable and we are able to source almost anything, let us know if you have something specific in mind. Our mechanic can design a unique parts list based on your riding style, taste, and budget. We recommend going through us to build up your frame, as we are most familiar with our framesets and can ensure flawless compatibility.
Finishing
Our frameset price does include a standard finish. Standard titanium frames are ceramic blasted with brushed logos and a matte black fork. Standard steel frames are a single color basecoat and logo color of your choosing.
All custom finishes are quoted individually based on the time/materials needed to bring the scheme to life. We will create/share mockups of your scheme as we work out the design. Note that ALL of the colors in the mockup are an approximation, there will be variation from the mockup to the finished product, if you have any specific colors in mind we will need a physical paint chip sent to us for a color match.
We offer a Dealer’s Choice option, which means we design a scheme on our own and surprise you with the finished product. Dealer’s Choice is a great way for us to try new and abstract schemes.
Shipping
We ship all of our products internationally.
We offer local pick up at our Showroom.
Please allow 3-5 business days for all order processing, with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.
We do not quote shipping on frame orders until your order is ready to ship due to fluctuating rates. All frames and completes ship with insurance.
Warranty
Weis Manufacturing offers a 10 year warranty on all of its steel and aluminum frames and lifetime warranty on its titanium frames. We will repair or replace frames with any defects resulting from the processes of manufacturing within 10 years of the purchase date. Please Note: Steel frames require yearly anti-rust treatment on the interior tubing surfaces. Failure to do so will void this warranty.
Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, or user modification will not be covered under this warranty.
In the event that damage occurs outside of the scope or term of this warranty, please contact us directly for the consideration of a discounted frame replacement. Frame replacement discounts are given at the sole discretion of Weis Manufacturing.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and will not be transferred to subsequent owners.
Weis Manufacturing reserves the right to apply the terms of this warranty at its sole discretion.
